Every county in England, from Northumberland down to Cornwall. More than two million walks measured across them. Tap any county to see what we hold there.
- We know this area · 47 countiesDone and live. We have measured every walk against the map rather than guessing: the footpaths and rights of way, what is underfoot, and what you will meet on the way. We hold the council rules about dogs in Yorkshire and have not read them elsewhere yet, and the app says which is which rather than leaving a blank.
- Wales is next · 1 countryWe hold nothing in Wales yet, and that is not because we have not got round to it. The law about where you can walk is different there, so it is not a case of copying England across the border. It is the next country we take on.
- Not planned yet · 2 countriesWe hold nothing here and have not started. Scotland and Northern Ireland each have their own law about where you can walk, and doing either properly is a bigger job than another county. We would rather say so than leave the map blank and let you assume.

What you can do about it
One thing, and it is not a petition. Create an account and walk one of these. Every county here has been measured against the map, and almost none of it has been walked by somebody who then said what was actually there. That is the part we cannot do from a desk.
The border is the one edge left. If a walk crosses into Wales or Scotland the app has to say it does not know, because we hold nothing there, and it will say so rather than guess. That is the next thing we build, and it is a bigger job than another county.
